noetic
(Gk., intellectual, of the mind) Of or pertaining to the mind or intellect; characterized by intellectual activity. ‘Noetic rays’ are sometimes cited disparagingly as the mysterious connections between minds and facts, that enable us to refer to them and know about them. See also hylē, noema .
